Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoon Black tea leaves
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 4 pods Cardamom crushed
  • 4 cloves Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar or to taste
  • 1 cup Milk optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add black tea leaves, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, and grated ginger.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add sugar and milk (if using), and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
