Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 2 teaspoons Tea leaves
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar adjust to taste
1. Boil water in a saucepan.
2. Add grated ginger and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add tea leaves and let it brew for another 2 minutes.
4. Pour in milk and bring to a boil.
5. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
6. Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
