Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 2 teaspoons Tea leaves
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar adjust to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Add grated ginger and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Add tea leaves and let it brew for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in milk and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  6. 6. Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
